I’m taking a portfolio preparation class at The New Art Center and the assignment was to paint anything you want using acrylic paints. I learned to use acrylic paint two summers ago at an art class at the Museum of Fine Arts. Chihuly happened to be on special exhibit there at the same time and I fell in love with hot glass.

I pulled this tiger up on my iPhone and used the photo image as inspiration.

I found a lion image on my phone and wanted to capture the lion’s face. It reminded me of my Golden Retriever, Wally.

My teacher had this Bluejay feather as a prop. I liked the color combination.
